"School Community Safety" Project

January 2005 - Frederick Douglass High School Community
Mission: To ensure a safe, school/community. 
Goal: To have state-of-the-art school-zone safety equipment installed at the Frederick Douglass High School.
Lila Womack initiated the installation of school-zone and crosswalk signs, lining of the crosswalks, installation of street reflectors, and school-zone flashers. 
Lila's Post Project Statement:  “The students, faculty, staff, parents and residents in our community deserve the same services that are provided for other school communities across the city.”

of serving Atlanta's 
inner-city youth!
